What you need

3 cup whole grain oats

1 cup unsalted pistachios

½ cup sunflower seed

1 cup coconut

2 tbsp flax seed

2 tsp kosher salt

¼ cup light-brown sugar

⅓ cup coconut oil

½ cup maple syrup
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350 F (176 C) and line a large rimmed baking tray with parchment paper. 2 In a medium bowl mix together oats, pistachios, sunflower seeds, coconut chips, and flax seeds. 3 In separate bowl whisk together coconut oil ,maple syrup, brown sugar, and salt. 4 Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, stirring with spatula until evenly coated. 5 Bake at 30-35 min or until golden brown, stirring 2-3 times to prevent burning. 6 Allow to cool completely before serving. 7 Once cooled it will become crunchy! 8 Store in air tight container at room temperature.View original recipe
