Healthy Homemade Granola Bars are a chewy granola bar recipe made with sunflower butter, dried cherries, nuts, honey, and coconut oil.

What you need

cup honey

cup rolled oats
cup shredded coconut

cup pumpkin seeds

cup dried cherries

tsp chia seed

tsp salt

tbsp coconut oil

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1 Line an 8x8 inch or 9x9 inch square pan with parchment paper. 2 Combine all dry ingredients into a large bowl and stir together. 3 In a medium saucepan on medium low heat, stir together sunflower butter, honey, and coconut oil until combined and smooth. (DO NOT boil). 4 Add vanilla extract to melted sunflower butter mixture and stir. 5 Spoon melted sunflower mixture into dry ingredients. Stir with a rubber spatula until well mixed and evenly coated. 6 Scrape mixture into square pan. 7 Use spatula or fingers to softly press evenly into pan. 8 Place pan in the fridge to chill and firm for at least one hour. 9 Remove firm granola from pan, slice and enjoy!View original recipe
