cup honey

cup rolled oats

cup slivered almonds

cup pumpkin seeds

cup chopped pecans

cup coconut oil

cup maple syrup

tbsp flaxseed meal

tsp cinnamon

tsp vanilla

tsp salt
Instructions
0 In a medium bowl mix together oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, coconut, and cranberries. 1 Whisk together remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. 2 Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, stirring with spatula until evenly coated. 3 On a lines baking sheet spread granola into a thin layer. 4 Bake at 350 F for 30-35 min or until golden brown, stirring 2-3 times to prevent burning. 5 Granola will be slightly darker due to maple syrup.View original recipe
