What you need

tsp baking soda

tsp fine sea salt

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp ground nutmeg

tbsp unsalted butter

cup dark brown sugar

cup granulated sugar

cup ripe banana

cup greek yogurt

tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1 Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C) and line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper that hangs over the longer sides of the pan like wings. 2 In a medium bowl hand whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Set aside. 3 Using a separate large bowl combine melted butter with the granulates sugar and dark brown sugar. Hand whisk together until well combined. 4 Add the following ingredients one at a time and gently mix until incorporated. Hand whisk in mashed bananas, then eggs, greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. 5 Next, sprinkle flour mixture a 1/2 cup at a time into the wet mixture, whisking enough to completely mix in flour without over working batter. 6 Then fold semi-sweet morsels into the batter with a rubber spatula. 7 Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Place pan on middle rack of oven. 8 Bake for 65-70 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean with a few moist crumbs. 9 Place pan on cooling rack for 10 minutes before lifting loaf from pan by pulling upward on over hanging parchment paper. 10 Slice and serve.View original recipe
