Strawberry Frosting is the best way to create a pink summer cake using fresh strawberries and no artificial coloring. A buttercream base consisting of unsalted butter, vanilla almond milk, powdered sugar and ripe strawberries.

1 Place butter in bowl of stand mixer. Beat on medium high until light and fluffy. 2 Add milk and chopped strawberries. 3 Slowly spoon powdered sugar into mixing bowl at medium speed. 4 Add strawberry puree a Tbsp to create a richer pink color. 5 Whip until desired consistency.View original recipe
